For every piece of  our rugs , tapestries and cushions

FINE HOME CRAFTS stands behind its product 100%. If for any reason you believe there is a manufacturing defect with a FINE HOME CRAFTS rug, please contact us to  return it for a  refund or exchange. All our area rugs come with a no questions asked money back guarantee if returned to us within 40 days.

Before returning a rug please call or email for a return authorization number. Make sure to affix the RA#  to the outside of the package. Return authorization requests should be sent to the address below: eli@finehomecrafts.com or fax to (86) 534 2369 528.  We are available MONDAY THRU SATURDAY between 8AM to 5PM CHINA TIME.

When making the return, we recommend that packages be sent back to us VIA SEA TRANSPORTATION. Make sure to call or email us with the DETAILED vessel name and B/L no. so that we can track the shipment for you and issue credit  upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled.
