Sole Agent Terms

How can I act as your sole agent in our city, state or country?

• Usually sales vary from country to country due to differences of population, economy and etc.   This applies to states and cities as well.

• To keep things simple,  our current standard terms for sole agency are as follows,
  Sole agent in a city:  
  300 pieces per year for aubusson cushions or pillows;
  1000 square feet or 100 square meters per year for aubusson rugs;
  300 square fett or 30 square meters per year for aubusson tapestries
  Sole agent in a state:  
  500 pieces per year for aubusson cushions or pillows;
  2000 square feet or 200 square meters per year for aubusson rugs;
  500 square fett or 50 square meters per year for aubusson tapestries
  Sole agent in a country:  
  800 pieces per year for aubusson cushions or pillows;
  10000 square feet or 1000 square meters per year for aubusson rugs;
  1000 square fett or 100 square meters per year for aubusson tapestries

• The above does not apply to USA, Germany, UK and Australia which are our main market and have much better need for our handmade aubusson items.    These countries would need very capable wholesalers with proved experience and sales volume to cover.:)

• Once a client reaches that terms for a year, he can claim to be our sole agent in the area specified.  The sole agency cancels when he is unable to maintain the sales for a period of a year.

• More specific terms would be carried out after discussing with interested clients.
